From greenbrier to violets, the springtime fields and woods are filled with an abundance of wild edibles. This program will cover plant identification, safety and look-alike plants, sustainable harvesting, and incorporating wild plants into culinary dishes. We'll also learn just how good these plants are for us, nibble a few choice plants, and take home a few “wild” recipes!
